Our entire family had a fantastic time-- that's our 5-yr-old son, Taran, surfing in the photo gallery! And yes, this is me, learning to surf for the first time at Lucero. We hope to come back soon-- we miss Marieke and Jared and everyone. Lucero- Santa Teresa is the perfect place to learn to surf, do yoga, relax, and re-learn how to live happy :)

Lucero oh Lucero, we had such a great time. You are all such special people and you made this vacation wonderful for us. We don’t want to leave- of course. This place better stick around for a loooong time. Whenever any of you visit NY, I’d love to see you! Tivona

I took my two 16 year old sons on a mom/sons vacation and we picked Lucero. It was the perfect choice. Jared and Marieke were great! My boys loved hanging out with them. Everything was perfect - from Jared picking us up at the airport, to the beach in Santa Teresa, to our accomodations, to local restaurants - it was all perfect!

Me and My friends absolutely Loved our trip to Costa Rica and we were happy with our choice to stay at the surf camp Lucero. Morning yoga, Surf sessions, day trips, great food, very laid back and amazing people!
