Our yoga teacher Francesca Dottavi offers evening silk classes in a private studio. With Silk Acrobatics a person hangs by a special fabric from the ceiling. You can use the fabric to: wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral your body into and out of various positions. It is a work out and a lot of fun at the same time!! |

Spanish Class

There is no better time and place to learn Spanish! Our Spanish teacher Danny Talavera Arias is a local in this surf town. He taught himself English in two years and will have no problem teaching you how to speak like a local. Depending on your level you will learn some basic Spanish that you can use in any situation.

Montezuma Waterfalls
|
Just a short drive away, lies the beautiful Montezuma Waterfalls. Lucero’s guide will escort guests on a half-day outing into its quaint village and to the waterfall. Depending on how comfortable you are with climbing you will go see either the big bottom waterfall or make it up to the smaller waterfall on top where you can try out the rope-swing and maybe even make the 20 feet jump!

Tide pools
|
Along the coast of Santa Teresa there are many beautiful natural tide pools. On a high tide they are hidden in the ocean but on a low tide you can go and explore what's exposed and take some time for relaxing and/or snorkeling. Its the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon off, bring some beverages and soak up the beautiful weather and nature of Costa Rica.
